Forum is a Registered Physiotherapist registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Her educational background includes a Master’s degree in Orthopedics and Sports Physiotherapy. She is a trained Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist and a dry needling practitioner. Professionally she has gained over 11 years of experience in the outpatient & inpatient physiotherapy practice in India and Canada.

Her area of interest in physiotherapy practice includes treating male and female pelvic pain, incontinence, pelvic-prolapse, endometriosis, pre/peri/post-natal conditions, various musculoskeletal and sports injuries, chronic pain management, post-operative rehabilitation, back injury prevention. She also has a special interest in treating geriatric population to improve their quality of life.

She has also taken several courses in manual therapy, neural mobilization and clinical Pilates for rehabilitation. Her practice is based on a whole person perspective and looking beyond the area of pain to re-integrate clients back into their life. She strongly believes that for a complete recovery it is very essential to be in sync with the muscles and mind. Doing the appropriate exercises and having a holistic approach can help with a speedy recovery.

Lastly, focusing on pre-habilitation can help individuals prevent future injuries, aches and pains. She is a new mom and loves spending time with her little one when away from work.
