Megan is a Registered Massage Therapist with over a decade of experience and a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO) – graduating from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 1998. She started her career working at a reputable rehabilitation centre in Iceland in 1999, and in 2000 she returned to Canada and has worked in a variety of organizations.

Working as a Massage Therapist she has gained comprehensive knowledge and experience in treating diverse cases, such as Sports Injuries, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Fibromyalgia, Headaches/Migraines, Anxiety/Depression, Stress Management and Chronic Musculoskeletal Disorders along with much more.

Megan also has additional training and experience in Sports Injury Prevention and Treatment, Pre and Postnatal Massage, Infant Massage, as well as her certification as a Labour Support Provider.

Megan uses a variety of advanced massage skills and training to treat her client’s individual needs such as, Postural Assessment, Orthopedic and Muscle Testing, Deep Tissue Massage, Joint Mobilization, Trigger Point Therapy, Active Release, Remedial Exercise, Visceral Manipulation, and Myofascial Release.

With her confident approach, determination, and dedication, she strives to facilitate positive changes in the physical, emotional, and mental well being of each and every client. Megan also strives on being the best possible therapist she can be and have the clients leave with the best possible outcomes.
