Mina has been a registered physiotherapist since 2017. He is a graduate of physiotherapy equivalency program at McGill University. Mina has obtained his bachelor degree of Physiotherapy from Cairo University, Egypt. He completed Level 1, Level 2 upper and lower Quadrant manual therapy courses with Canadian Physiotherapy Association – Orthodiv. He is in process of taking the remaining levels in order to become a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physical Therapists (FCAMPT).

In addition to his manual therapy courses, he has completed McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy – Part A: The Lumbar Spine.

Mina has been able to explore different aspects of musculoskeletal rehabilitation having worked in private orthopedic clinics for eight years before coming to Canada. For the past years he was at a specialized clinic in Toronto where he had the opportunity to work with the general population as well as a number of athletes including marathoners, soccer/hockey players, professional boxers and MMA/UFC fighters.

Mina has found his best outcomes result from treatment focused on education and exercise, often augmented with manual therapy and electrotherapy modalities.

In his spare time, Mina enjoys staying active with strength and conditioning training, as well as playing soccer and running.

Having already made his impression in the field of rehabilitation with his progressive and open-minded methodology, Mina is looking forward to being an impact player with the Ultimate Health team.
