For the past years he was at a specialized clinic in Toronto where he had the opportunity to work with the general population as well as a number of athletes including marathoners, soccer/hockey players, professional boxers and MMA/UFC fighters. Mina has found his best outcomes result from treatment focused on education and exercise, often augmented with manual therapy and electrotherapy modalities. In his spare time, Mina enjoys staying active with strength and conditioning training, as well as playing soccer and running.
